Investors can participate in the Lambay Capital Programs by either a Managed Account or a Multi-Class Fund.

Managed Account

The client is free to open the account with any Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) and appoint Lambay Capital as the “Commodity Trading Advisor” to that account.

The terms of this appointment are laid out in the Advisory Agreement and are subject to negotiation. The minimum account size for the Short Term FX is $1,000,000 Notional.

Multi Class Fund

Investors can also subscribe to the Lambay Capital Currency Fund. This Fund is an open-ended investment structure registered in the Bahamas and is designed to provide investors with access to a range of alternative investment strategies by offering shares in several different classes.

Each class represents a separate sub-fund, which conducts its trading activities through subsidiary companies. The assets and liabilities of each sub-fund are segregated from the assets and liabilities of the other sub-funds.
